Return Policy for Kabira Swim

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We want you to love your Kabira Swim purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygienic liners intact.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear items that have been worn or are missing the original tags and liners.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please Contact Us with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your items.
  • Please ensure that your items are securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Kabira Swim is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may also be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges for the same item, subject to availability.
  • To exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange. We will ship the new item once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please Contact Us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a full refund.

Final Sale Items:

  • Please note that all sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
